What I liked:
- The protagonists attempt to build functional team from a group of misfits
- The use of sound team building and business tactics in a military setting is an interesting approach
- The story is an amusing journey of the teams rise from dysfunction to competence
What I didn't like:
- Some of the words used to refer to different groups of people are less than politically correct. I believe though that the book is of its time in the '90s
- The protagonist is portrayed in a way that makes it feel like he can do no wrong, despite the authors attempt the lessen that feeling.
